The Welcome forum is open to all visitors, regardless of whether or not they are registered users. However, only registered users can submit posts. The other two forums are NOT open to all visitors. Only registered users can access these forums to read submitted posts and to submit new posts. In order to register, please send the following information to webmaster@msrpoa.com: - Property owners' names Once your request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your username and password. Please allow up to 72 hours for this to happen. We regret the delay, however, this process has become necessary due to the discovery of our board by spammers. (And while they are always SO informative, we've made the assumption that no one really needs to see one more ad for Cialis or for online slot machines.)
