MSRPOA Newsletter The Fall 2009 newsletter is now available under News. Board Meeting Minutes Minutes from the
November 2009 and
January 2010. Remember, you'll need a user name
and password to access the minutes. These can be found on the
MSRPOA Bulletin Board. MSRPOA Annual Meeting (11/15/2009) The Annual Meeting of the Mountain Springs Ranch Property Owners was held at the Pool Pavilion at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2009. Board members elected for two-year terms were: Mary Lu Zellers, Julia Roth, and Gail O'Mullan. Bill Goetz was elected for a one-year term. The Board met for a short organizational meeting on Monday evening, November 4, 2009. Officers elected were: Mike Kelly, President; Mary Lu Zellers, Secretary; and Julia Roth, Treasurer. The regular meeting of the Board was held on Wednesday, November 18 at the Zeller's home at 5:00 p.m.
Annual Meeting minutes are not available yet. (Remember, you'll need a user name and password to access the minutes....they are available on the MSRPOA Bulletin Board.) Volunteers are needed for the following committees: Neighborhood Watch, Security Study Committee, Pool Committee, Welcome Committee, and Beautification Committee. If you would like to volunteer for one of these or have questions, please email the Association at msrpoa@msrpoa.com.
